We are looking for Project Office Manager (PMO).

Program and Project Management Office

A Project and Program Management Office (PMO) is a central hub that provides structure and centralized coordination in order to support, enable and ensure Projects and Programs achieve objectives.



  • A Project Office Manager supports the Project or Program Manager / Director in early detection and management of risks, while ensuring overall control of plans, financial results, reporting, quality, team and stakeholder management, by demonstrating leadership and autonomy in any of the PMO services and by standing-in for the Program Director when needed
  • Additionally, the Project Office Manager ensures the project or program workforce has a thorough understanding of processes, executes them according to standards and increases speed and ensures repeatability of delivery by consistent application of methodology


Background Requirements

Essential Background Requirements

  • Typically educated to university level (e.g. Bachelor or Master). Otherwise, may hold a relevant professional qualification
  • 5+ years prior (IT related) project experience, preferably PMO experience, with a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development lifecycles & related processes
  • Has a proven record of delivery within the FS&I sector and awareness of financial regulatory requirements
  • Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for coordinating efforts across medium-large programs
  • Experience in international assignments/working internationally
  • Advanced knowledge or Experience in working with MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Advanced knowledge or Experience in working with Microsoft Project
  • Has a proven structured thinking / understanding of how to manage a process, with experience or awareness in terms of process definition, documentation, roll-out, implementation follow-up & process improvement
  • Has an advanced level (Atos University) of English to support a contract (negotiation, day to day project)


Desirable Background Requirements

  • Has an established network of contacts within the local Atos organization and the wider global Atos network or where new to Atos, demonstrates an ability to achieve this quickly
  • Business fluent in another relevant language
