What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Configuration Manager with German for our team.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Reading the contract for specifications for configuration management process
  • Prepare gap analysis and raise all deviations and risks to the CFS PM
  • Create and document the process workflow in SOHB and PHB
  • Work through the on-boarding check list
  • Coordinate with SMC / AST
  • Design the data model
  • Explain the data model to the customer
  • Load CIs when necessary
  • Check reports on KPI 643/659 and train colleagues who are doing it wrong
  • Check to what extent service chains are completed upwards (not covered by reporting)
  • Explanation of the relationships between Config / AVA / CAPA, Availability determines the data model
  • Advising colleagues on the implementation of the data model
  • Training / instruction of colleagues in the configuration management process
  • Creation of the structure of business services based on a contract
  • If required, data mapping for interfaces
  • Clarification of customer specialties
  • Supporting in the creation of the reports 
  • Explanation of the relationships between Config / AVA / CAPA
  • Coordination with other processes / sub-projects
  • Knowledge of German and English Language.

  • A proven ability to operate across management levels, with a confident, pragmatic, influential stakeholder management style;

 

Experience/Knowledge Essential

  • Detailed knowledge of the theory and operation aspects of their process;
  • Understanding of the ITIL best practices;
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office

 

Experience/Knowledge nice to have

  • Relevant industry knowledge and technical skills (database administration, internet protocol, application monitoring, unix systems, networking, server virtualization)
  • ITIL Foundation and/or ITIL Intermediate certifications would be an advantage;
