Job Summary

  • Execute the delivery of new workstation and accessories request from end2end
  • Coordinate, monitor and control the delivery tasks with the client and the suppliers of the client
  • Supervise the transportation and the logistic of the workstations (logistic / transportation managed by a supplier)
  • Update asset information in the client Asset DB

Experience required:

  • Past experience of Service desk agent, Level1 support engineer
  • Process workflows execution
  • ITIL processes knowledge: Incident Mgt, Request Fulfillment, Asset Mgt
  • Experience in utilization of ServiceNow, Flexera, SCCM is an advantage but not a must
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Rigorous, alignment to a process
