What are we looking for?

 

The Business Continuity Coordinator will analyze customer requirements and will design, develop, and manage Business Continuity process for Atos clients, in line with known contractual obligations.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure development and maintenance of Continuity Plans and supervise correct application
  • Execute assessments (BIA, Risk assessment) and track actions
  • Ensure development of continuity strategies and recovery procedures
  • Develop, plan DR exercises and tests and ensure their execution
  • BCM Awareness
  • Obtain Lessons learned where applicable and feed them into continuous improvement actions, especially after disasters
  • Plan, initiate, execute and coordinate continuous improvement
  • Collect data, prepare reports with defined KPIs and define additional KPIs if needed for the area of responsibility
  • Report status , incidents and root-cause-analysis of to global process owner and line management

 

Desired profile:

  • Experience in IT Service Continuity, Business Continuity and Disaster recovery processes;

  • BIA (Business Impact Analysis);

  • Extensive written and oral communication skills: English and German.

 

Experience in at least one of the following areas is a prerequisite for us:

  • Business Continuity Plan

  • Disaster recovery plan;

  • Risk Management;

  • Training/ Simulations/ Tests;

  • Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessments
