What are we looking for?
We are looking for SCOM Tooling Engineer for our growing team.
Mandatory Skills:
- Good team working / interpersonal skills/ analytical skills
- Customer and internal meetings: project planning, service management reviews, workshops on request
- Knowledge about Active Directory
- Knowledge of GPO/DNS/DHCP/WSUS
- Knowledge of SCOM
- Practical knowledge of Web Services - REST/SOAP
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Good understanding of ITIL and Software Development Lifecycle
- Advanced knowledge of English language.
- French and German language will be a big plus
- Monitoring tools experience ( Nagios, ELK) is a big advantage
Desired profile:
- It is possible to have solid background in programming of any other than JavaScript language, preferably object-oriented one e.g. Java, Python, PHP and learn ServiceNow during introduction phase
- Experience in agile development methodology
- Experience in working directly with customers
- ServiceNow certifications would be a plus e.g. CSA, CIS, CAD or ISTQB
