Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated, pro-active and experienced Global Siemens Account Complaint Coordinator to join our diverse team in Tenerife. In this role, we offer you the chance to represent the company's and clients' interests and seek the best solution in order to agree projects' objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complaint management process tasks in adherence with global requirements and provide regular feedback to the Complaint Manager
  • Be responsible for operational, end-to-end process coordination and Complaint ticket management
  • Raise any risk and issue to the relevant Service Delivery Managers, Service Manager, Tower Service Manager, Team managers and the technical experts within the account
  • Assist the Complaint Management Process Owner in order to identify and plan any process improvement projects
  • Support Complaint Management reporting and report directly to Complaint Manager

 

For this position we need:

  • Customer orientated experience - at least 2 years of ITSD experience, detailed knowledge of SD processes and GSA account specifics
  • Required service management toolset usage and knowledge, especially SDM12.9 and SNOW
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and efficient reporting skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and oral
  • Excellent communication and social skills. Be able to handle complaints with the accurate level of sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Be proactive with the ability to coordinate, plan, prioritize and handle changing priorities
