The opportunity:

The Cloud Communications Sales Specialist will play a leading role in driving customer engagement across the Cloud Communications marketplace in Australia and New Zealand. Key responsibilities of the role include the establishment of a partner network and the engagement and enablement of the Atos direct sales team to grow revenue of the UCaaS and Cloud Contact Centre portfolio.

The successful candidate will need to have indirect channel / go to market experience and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities across the Cloud Communications marketplace.

Working closely with the Atos partner community, the Cloud Communications Sales Specialist will be assisting Atos channel partners in identifying and developing sales opportunities and bringing them to a close. In addition, they will work closely with the Atos direct sales team to drive sales within the existing Atos customer base.

Shortlisted candidates will meet the criteria below, be based in Sydney and must have existing permanent work rights for Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Atos Master Distributor to expand the existing indirect channel and grow sales of complex Cloud Communication solutions
  • Facilitating partner enablement and certification processes
  • Managing leads through the sales cycle into qualified opportunities and ultimately sales closure
  • Pipeline management to track sales activities and provision of accurate forecasting
  • Developing and conducting product solution demonstrations to customers
  • Actively supporting the partner community and direct sales channel as the Subject Matter Expert
  • Prospecting, engaging and selling complex Cloud Communications opportunities at C-level

 

Skills / Requirements:

  • Indirect channel experience
  • Demonstrated ability of selling Cloud Communications (UCaaS / Cloud Contact Centre)
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Confident team player with the ability to generate new business
  • Sophisticated demonstration and presentation skills
  • Sound understanding of Cloud Communication concepts
  • Experience in the use of Salesforce and Microsoft Office solutions
