About the role:

 

As Business Development Executive for the Nordics market we seek for a person to be in charge of developing new accounts at CxO level and growing our current portfolio. Based in Sweden, the BDE will be permanently focused on one or a few accounts to build, identify, and address sales opportunities through current of future relationships. We need an experienced person who has the potential of becoming Client Executive Partner and also has extensive experience in the Energy and Utility industry.

For this role, we look for someone sophisticated in building business relationship, has good listening skills, entrepreneurship mind, ambition, eagerness, and ability to discover new leads. Your success will be measured by your contribution to External Revenue, Order Entry, Margin and Cash in the accounts responsible for.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Construct and reinforce relationship with prospects and customers;
  • Define business development plan and sales strategies;
  • Execute sales strategies to ensure profitable growth; Focusing on prospecting work to secure new accounts;
  • Can be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization;
  • Assume full end-to-end global accountability for the client account;
  • Be accountable for all dimensions of an account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery;
  • Implement the Account Plan, growth strategy and ambition for his/her client(s);
  • Be accountable for client’s stakeholder relationship management;
  • Contribute to the development of new products through the identification of customer needs;
  • Co-develop new Industry-specific solutions with customers and Global Client Executives (for global accounts) or Industry Country Leader (for local accounts);
  • Lead and functionally handle a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive)

 

Required capabilities:

 

  • You hold a master’s Degree in economics, Applied Economics, Business or equivalent experience;
  • Good knowledge from the Energy and Utility industries (business side and customer’s business)
  • Knowledge of the Nordics with at least 5 years of Business Development or Client Management experience;
  • Can demonstrate a track record in selling complex solutions;
  • Familiar with sales business administration and contracting principles;
  • As a self-starter you demonstrate capability to work with a high degree of autonomy;
  • Negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills are outstanding;
  • Proficient in Swedish and English language;
