-  Supporting the business by providing them with consistent, fact based, validated corporate plans for the next fiscal year

-  People planning aligned with budget controls (Headcount People Equation)

-   Creating of Resource profile demand forecast (Profile People Equation)

-  Tracking of these plans over time by comparing on a regular basis the forecast and the actuals, and providing analytical views 

-  Building of action plans resulting of these analysis

-  Monitoring, planning and reporting for headcounts, subcontractor hiring, attrition, net evolution, People Equation, etc.

-  Ensures are plans are provided on time, vital alignments have taken place and actions are followed up


-  Previous experience in Workforce Management is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage

-  Proficiency in MS Excel 

-  Experience with Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud is considered a strong advantage

-  Excellent analytical skills

-  Attention to details

-  Proficient in English

-  Ability to connect with senior partners in a sophisticated global environment
