For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Solution Marketing Manager.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Overall responsibility for implementing and managing selected portfolio elements from our main portfolio clusters: OpenScape On-Premise, Cloud solutions and mission critical solutions. In details the following activities are represented
  • Create and organize market studies and KPIs, competitive and pricing analysis, customer, partner and analyst questionnaires and identify target markets for specific products
  • Consolidate results, derived from this make recommendations and send them to the Management
  • Analyse and evaluate customer and partner requirements and business potentials for these products and solutions
  • Work on proposals for new product features, versions and concepts
  • Build and create business cases
  • Manage launch project specific marketing tasks in cooperation with local and regional departments
  • Plan and organize sales webinars and present them to customers, partners and analysts
  • Create material to increase internal and external product and solution awareness
  • Build a leading edge experience from Marketing, through migration of installed based on-premise solutions to hybrid and cloud solutions incorporating new and differentiated mission critical solutions
  •  Continuously improve activities, refining daily to minimise cost and maximise effectiveness.
  •  Standardise data from Web, Social, Apps and other sources to provide ongoing balanced scorecard for activities.
  •  Evangelise all solutions in your area of responsibility and be the face of it in analyst sessions, customer events and fairs
  •  Network and create opportunities through networks.
  •  Act as a consultant for partner Go-to-Market.
  •  Lead from the front – you’ll challenge the status quo, ask the tough questions and lead your colleagues with your unique insight

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience creating, leading or marketing start-ups or a SaaS vendor
  • Bootstrapper you can make something out of even the smallest amount of funding
  • Broad Digital marketing experience
  • Ready to take on-premise solutions to the next stage as UCaaS platform and integrate them with mission critical and industrial solutions for frontline and production workers
  • Strong network of contacts in communication industry
  • Knowledge of digital adoption and retention techniques
  • A good learner able to expand their knowledge outside of your comfort zone
  • Highly analytical able to look at data from multiple platforms and interpret holistically
  • English language skills
  • Education in Marketing and similar disciplines would be beneficial.
