We are looking for SAP HXM Consultant who will be part of the SAP Recruit to Retain team delivering Project, Application Maintenance and Support in the area of HR.


Main Responsibilities


  • Execution of technical tasks, resolve issues, build end to end solution proposals, and evaluate the effort for execution of the desired changes
  • Prepare comprehensive development requirements and assist development team in requirements delivery
  • Test and document the change
  • Support the business users in testing and during go live of the delivered change
  • Creation of training materials and deliver trainings, when requested
  • Responsibilities in the mid to long term would involve communication with third party vendors of the various applications


Required skills and knowledge


  • At least 1+ years experience as SAP/SuccessFactors Cloud HR Consultant
  • Excellent English – both written and spoken
  • Understanding of ABAP and capability to build development specifications
  • Should have practical understanding and experience working at least with one of the areas: SAP HR Time Management; SAP HR Organizational Management; SAP HR Personnel Administration


Advantage would be:


  • Knowledge and experience in BG local Payroll solutions (Hermes, Omeks), SAP Payroll (including end user), ABAP programming and SAP Authorizations
  • Any knowledge in HR cloud or on-premise solutions such as SuccessFactors/Cornerstone on Demand/Workday
