SAP IT Consultant with focus on Accounting with German

This role is for our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center.

Tasks

• Data maintenance - GL - maintain accounts company codes; Organization Interco creditors/debtors; Creation of new company codes in the system; Change request optimization; Maintaining of Cost element groups; Creation of new users and assignment of user-profiles authorization; Mass upload of transaction data using LSMW, possibly LSMW adjustment;
• IRIS reporting- maintaining data in IRIS tables, Movement of data balance, creation of data structures for new company codes;
• Intercompany transactions- Check Intercompany bookings in the current month Validation Intercompany Profit Center; Change Request for New IC Introduction of new company codes;
• Accounting- Transaction data processing for annual financial statements (Dart File); Asset reclassification Opex to Capex; Correction postings creditors/debtors; Posting migrated items on WBS - sales allocation area; Appointed for SPOC for any local IT issues related to the accounting system; Test accounting specific changes in Nessie; Contact person for SAP consultants for new company codes to be created
• Ad Hoc requests

Skills / Knowledge:
 

• Experience in  SAP FI/CO module
• Very good Accounting knowledge
• Very good knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel
• Good knowledge of German and English
