Atos HR Operations Sofia has been announced is one of the three HR Centers of Excellence worldwide. The center has been growing, becoming the largest HR hub in Bulgaria covering EMEA and currently employing more than 300 HR skilled professionals in the areas of recruitment, workforce management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, payroll, personnel administration etc.

As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the local partners to build and execute against a long-term hiring strategy for the respective European location.

 

What you will actually do on the job:

 

- Lead and develop a team of high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and formal tracking process to measure and manage progress

- Develop a collaborative team environment, that contributes to a service-oriented culture that celebrates team and individual wins
- Develop and execute plans to identify and drive efficiency improvements that enable delivery of hiring goals
- Work heavily with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel

 

 

What are we on the lookout for:


- Experience in people management 

- Solid underrstanding of IT recruitment knowledge is essential
- Experience in developing recruiting hiring plans and building data driven recruiting reports
- Strong eye for business, quantitative analysis skills and experience working with large, complex organizations during periods of growth and change
- Fluent English skills
