  • Act as a vital link between the Hiring Manager and the Recruiter
  • Support Recruiters in the communication with the Hiring Managers, clarifying details about the needed profiles
  • Manage the external and internal vacancy posting
  • Keep the relevant information in Share Point and Applicant Tracking System up to date
  • Acquires hiring approvals

What are we on the lookout for:

  • Passion for recruiting and thirst to learn more about the evolving talent acquisitions landscape in the EMEA region
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment operations and administration is considered a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Educational background in Human Resources/Business Administration or other relevant fields
  • Willingness for a career development in an international and sophisticated organization
