For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Order to Bill Specialist US Shifts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Processing day-to-day tasks and activities timely and accurately
  • Order package validation, Milestone billing for US&P and CCS entities, OTRS tickets creation and resolution,
  • Performing month end, quarter end and annual closing activities in your area of responsibility
  • Management of customer invoices distribution;
  • Handling customer queries;
  • Identifying and resolving readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems;
  • Communicating with primarily, intra-organizational and external contacts on invoice clarification activities;
  • Supporting the training of new employees for specific areas of responsibility as defined by the Team Lead/Senior BA.
  • Ensuring completeness, accuracy and high quality of the daily operations by achieving the agreed KPIs, team and personal targets;
  • Ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, service level agreements, company policies, procedures, rules and accounting standards.

 

 

Job requirements: 

 

  • BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance OR relevant working experience in the function (i.e. Internship) where applicable;
  • 0-1 years experience in relevant field;
  • MS Office (good Excel skills);
  • Proficiency level in English Language Skills C1;
  • US shifts coverage (15:00 – 24:00) as per schedule;
  • Good Analytical Skills, Customer Orientated, communicative and ready to build professional relationships with peers and management.
