Main Responsibilities

• Provide application support for business applications, ensuring their availability and performance.

• Follow the incident management process. Deliver investigation and resolution of application issues (incident requests).

• Communicate to the internal development team the more complex issues and follow-up their timely resolution.

• Fulfill standard operational changes (service requests).


Job Requirements

• Communication of all repetitive issues and opportunities for improvement of the systems and interfaces to Business Solutions and Systems Delivery departments.

• Preparation and update of technical documentation.

• Provide excellent customer support service.

• Work under strict deadlines (Operational Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements). JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or other technical education.

• Experience in delivering IT support service, following ITIL service delivery standards.

• Experience in the support or implementation of business systems will be considered as advantage.

• Work experience in support of mobile apps and their backend will be considered as advantage.

• Work experience with ERP, CRM systems is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• SQL knowledge

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Person with mixture of technical and business perspective of things

• Excellent communication skills

• Self-organized, effective learner and team player

• Customer focus

• English: B2 or above
