Job Summary:

The “Business Analyst Master Data” is responsible for the processing of received requests.  This position supports operations by monitoring, analysing and governing master, key and relationship data within the organization. Ensures data integrity and quality. Identifies areas for improvements and resolves data quality problems. Develops documentation.  Ensures requests are processed and fulfilled accurately and timely by liaising with requestors and internal resources.


Principal Responsibilities (Essential Function):

∙             Processing requests for creation and update of master data

∙             Governance of materials, customers, vendors and related objects

∙             Maintenance of structures and categorizations

∙             Maintaining exchange rates, prices, pricelists, bank details

∙             Monitoring and update of data asset lifecycle statuses

∙             Ensures data integrity and quality

∙             Data transportation and consolidation

∙             Identifies areas for improvements and resolves data quality problems

∙             Develops documentation

∙             Ensures requests are processed and fulfilled accurately and timely by liaising with requestors and internal resources

∙             Supporting recurring tasks for data asset releases and organizational updates

∙             Reporting and presenting

∙             Support direct manager with additional tasks

∙             Providing support and back up to team members when needed

∙             Complies with company policies and procedures


Job requirements:

∙             BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance

∙             0-1 years of experience in relevant field

∙             Experience of working with ERP systems (SAP, MS Office); Advanced Excel skills are a plus.

∙             Good analytical skills

∙             Very good networking and communication skills

∙             Customer orientation

∙             Able to prioritize activities, identify and prevent risks

∙             High level of English language skills

∙             French language skills are a plus
