Main Responsibilities 

• Perform online monitoring and basic troubleshooting of critical applications on a 24x7 basis
 - SAP Systems availability and performance (ERP, CRM, APO, Portals)
 - Business Transactions availability and performance
 - Windows Servers availability and performance
• Resolve issues with the interfaces between different SAP and non-SAP systems
• Execute daily checks on critical system parameters based on pre-defined criteria
• Execute repetitive tasks based on standard procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution to users through the Service Desk ticketing system, e-mail and/or by phone
• Work on shifts


Job Requirements

• Third/last year student or recent graduate in the fields of Informatics, Engineering, Economics or Management
• Experience in IT support role would be considered an advantage
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in English
• Excellent communicator
• Customer-service oriented
• Active and participative team player
