The role profile:

As a Junior Recruiter, we will train you to source, screen and pre-select the best applicants. You will also work closely with business leaders for a final candidate shortlist.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Be an innovator into strategies for identifying, attracting and engaging with the best talent, from branding and events, to sourcing and referrals
  • Build up effective working relationships with various Hiring Managers based in the specific region
  • Work on a relevant talent pool and maintain effective networks to attract top quality candidates from the IT world
  • Work with best-in-class Applicant Tracking System

 

Requirements:

 

  • Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources
  • Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks
  • Enjoying work in a fast-paced, changing work environment with demanding Hiring Managers
  • Consulting skills with the ability to influence others
  • Proficiency in Dutch and a good level of English
