You will join the Learning & Development French team in an international environment with strong interactions with the training teams of other countries.

In connection with the Human Resources Department of HR Development France and under the functional responsibility of the Head of Learning & Development GBU France, you will participate in the management of the Training activity on a dedicated perimeter within the GBU France.


  • Management of the administration and logistics of training courses: management of the training schedule, management of registrations for long courses (Team Leader, Psychosocial Risks for IRPs, etc.), follow-up of training courses with our Back Office

  • Deployment and promotion of the Group's training curricula and programs

  • Use of the HR training system (Success Factor): updating of the training catalog and creation of courses

  • Creation of communication materials (practical sheets, etc.) for the Group's various internal communities

  • Follow-up of reporting in connection with the Group and French back offices.

  • Participation in the Training Needs Analysis process

  • Identification of target populations and deployment of the training plan within your dedicated scope in partnership with the back office and the training providers

  • Collaborations and support with operational staff/managers and HRBPs

  • Training needs analysis, meeting with organizations, interviews with Atos internal customers, relationship with the purchasing department, logistical organization of seminars, trainee management.

Skills and Competences:

  • Proficient skills in French - C1 or above;
  • Very good English - B2 or above;
  • HR or other appropriate qualification and interest in HR development (training policy, training engineering, consulting, etc.) will be considered as a strong advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of corporate Microsoft applications;
  • Basic experience in designing, deploying and leading training programs;
  • Working experience in sophisticated, culturally diverse environment;
  • Team spirit, flexibility and positive approach to dealing with change;
  • Fast learner demonstrating dedication to deliver results;
  • Confident and responsible communicator who can optimally run interactions with senior management level staff.
