For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Intern Order Management with French.


The Intern Order Management will:



  1. Receiving required information to create new Purchase or sales order within the Atos tools within required timeframes.
  2. Issuing new Purchase Orders to external vendors
  3. Management of Purchase Order data, changing requested delivery dates, changes in quantity order, agreed delivery dates, pricing changes etc.
  4. Management of vendor invoices
  5. Follow up of purchase orders- order acknowledgement and delivery date confirmation, keeping customer informed.
  6. Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports
  7. Vendor requested changes to purchase Orders and working with internal teams to ensure correct outcome.


Daily tasks:


  •  Processing standard SAP transactions, such as Purchase Order creation, sales order creation, delivery date changes etc.
  •  Following up on delivery status of Purchase orders and updating the relevant IT tools (incl. written and/or verbal communication with relevant stakeholders on changes, issues, escalations)
  •  Communicating with internal contacts and external vendors all over the world.
  •  Any additional or ad-hock tasks as requested by direct superior




  • BS/BA or advanced (University) degree in Business Administration / Finance / Supply Chain or Language (French);


  • French (B2/C1) & English (B2) (it is required that all external communication with Suppliers, Customers and peers in the local companies will be conducted in French/ English)
