The Human Resources Advisor (HRA) is a key role for our organization.  The HRA provides support and information to different functions in the organization, such as employees, managers, HRBP. The main scope of the position is within the administrative part, including aspects in terms of staff management, legislation topics, hiring & termination processes, training and other missions related to Human Resources.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

  • Be the liaison between the HR Shares Service Center (HR SSC) and local employees or business partners in the respective country that the HRS serves.
  • Be the first point contact for all employees  regarding HR related topics and questions (leaves, time saving account, work schedules etc.) either to answer their queries or to redirect them to the appropriate services in a timely manner
  • Provide support on all administrative processes (change of employment conditions, hirings, terminations, trial periods, etc.)
  •  Liaise with payroll services (internal & external) to ensure the correct carrying of the demands (hirings, terminations, change of employment conditions) and the adequate actions’ implementation
  • Manage and update the employees’ data on the various HR tools of the company to make sure they are fully up to date
  •  Manage the change of status process end-to-end
  •  Manage group emails and ensure answers are provided timely.
  •  Support the registration, follow-up and closure of specific cases.
  • Manage company vouchers, credit cards, company tickets, food vouchers and transport expenses.
  •  To actively participate in the daily operational activities of his/her team
  •  To propose optimization and simplification of the processes leading to faster and better service quality.
  •  To seek for improvement of his/her language and process level knowledge.

 

Job requirements:

  • English business proficient
  • German business proficient
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strategical and analytical thinking
  • Can work efficiently in a global, multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrable experience on similar roles
  • Sufficient digital literacy
