For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Head of Marketing.

 

Head of Digital MarCom & Advocacy – Atos Unify customers today increasingly expect to learn about the company’s credentials and its products and services from their peers, and trust recommendations from their business networks far more than the sales and marketing of a vendor. This role mixes digital marketing and communications leadership with customer advocacy activities to improve awareness of and demand for Atos Unify products worldwide.

Head of Digital MarCom & Advocacy is a senior role which will sit on the Atos Unify Marketing Leadership team, you will have team management experience, specialist skills responsible for digital marketing and communications multi-channel delivery, advocacy, creation of digital marketing & communications strategies with experience in growth marketing, bootstrapped campaigns, organic digital through SEO and digital advertising though SEM, Display, Social Media and Content Syndication.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Lead a team of digital marketing and communications specialists in activities that generate awareness and demand for the Atos Unify business directly and indirectly through channel partners.
  •  Own the Martech landscape for Atos Unify including all tools required for the operation of direct and indirect through channel campaigns.
  •  Run the Atos Unify Website with focus on developing strength in SEO and Digital Display to drive lead generation for the business.
  •  Develop digital campaigns to extend awareness in critical markets, build demand for products and support the activity of our strategic partnerships.
  •  Build internal communication on Customer Success, Advocacy and Digital Campaigns so the business is clear on activities and success.
  •  Elevating the voice of the customer across all communication channels (Sales, Analyst, PR, Social Channels, Partner, Internal)
  •  Developing exceptional relationships internally and with customers to create a strong advocate pipeline and development process (mapped to sales cycle), and ensuring high value offering to advocate customers
  •  Maintaining the highest level of quality – of reference infrastructure, back end process, customer engagement and preservation, campaign content, and reporting
  •  Development & Management of Atos Unify’s advocacy program
  •  Reporting on impact of all activities.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  •  Team leadership experience
  •  Strong digital marketing and communications skills with demonstrated ability to build awareness and generate demand.
  •  Passionate advocate of social media with personal use of Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube that can translate into business use.
  •  Proven Experience in customer references and customer marketing
  •  Experience of the principles of advocacy marketing and experience of setting up and/or running advocacy programs
  •  Demonstrated ability to lead in a globally remote team and matrix environment to establish strong working relationships across a variety of line-of business within Unify – especially sales
  •  Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with senior executives in large strategic customer accounts
  •  Proven capability in writing in English and preferable in one of core European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) & content development
  •  Domain Knowledge of IT/ software industry (especially in a B2B environment) and current market topics – “future of work”, “collaboration” and “millennials”
  •  Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work on multiple high-priority projects at once, while continually assessing what is “important” vs. what is “urgent”
  •  Works well under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
  •  Clear written and verbal communication skills, native English written skills are essential - be articulate and able to present to executive level stakeholders
  • Able to manage an initiative or project from beginning to end. Strong facilitation skills
