Responsibilities:

  • Development of HR Reports
  • Automation of reports and creation of dashboards in MS Excel, Power Query, Power BI and other data analytics tools
  • Development of data-driven HR analytics models striving to improve performance of HR processes
  • Coordination with departments regarding the use of data sources and interfaces to various IT systems
  • Monitoring data quality of HR data


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, Finance, Administration, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel and MS-Access, incl. VBA and SQL
  • MS Power Query is a plus
  • Affinity to learn modelling techniques and produce efficient reporting tools
  • Systematic thinking, practical approach to problem solving
  • Understanding of complex organizational structures
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Basic German language would be appreciated
