Drive the people agenda, making sure that the business meets their challenging targets and people needs. Be part of Atos Global HR family, take a significant role in regional European Team by being responsible as HR Business Partner for  international teams.

Are you an experienced HR professional who is used to working in a very dynamic multinational environment? We are hoping to welcome you in our team!

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead the People Agenda for Atos Bulgaria Competency Center
• Take full ownership of HR processes & areas such as Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Learning & Development in cooperation with Atos GBU/Atos Syntel CoEs
• Drive the Compensation & Benefits strategy for the Competency Center; Execute Annual Merit Increase processes;
• Take ownership of ABCC recruitment strategy and performance;
• Drive GPTW and other engagement and retention initiatives;
• Prepare annual people equation and people budgets;
• Act as an trustworthy advisor to people managers;
• Lead the ABCC HR team;

Lead HR strategic process like Talent reviews, Learning& Development, Compensation & Benefits for international teams within Central Europe

• Execute transformation and change management projects.

• Good understanding of Labor Law as well as Compliance
• 3+ years of professional experience as HR Manager
• Experience in working in a complex global environment
• Experience in people management roles
• HR Generalist profile
• Experience with change management and transformation projects
