Are you ready for new challenges? Look no further! In this position you will process HR transactions for an Atos Germany company with approximately 800 employees. The leading payroll system is SAP. The payroll is carried out within HR. In the area of payroll and personnel administration, you will work with the responsible Payroll Expert.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receipt of incoming orders via the internal ticket portal or the Outlook HR group mailbox
  • Process all individual personnel administration topics such as new hires, departures, transfers, changes in work schedule, salary changes, parental leave, maternity leave etc.
  • Assist with data entry of simple payroll topics as well as with personnel master data maintenance in SAP according to specifications
  • Maintain the digital personnel file
  • Answering inquiries via email or via internal portal on the direct area of responsibility
  • Communication with external departments

Experience and qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of German;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources would be an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Initial experience with SAP HCM desirable;
