Global Lead Buyer

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Lead Buyer to join our team who will be responsible for achieving significant savings and value creation in defined segments, ensuring cost, quality, lead-times, and service levels of suppliers meet internal customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for cost reductions and TCO improvements.
• Communicate and validate strategies with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.
• Lead the execution of actions, including negotiations and production of main agreements.
• Manage key supplier relationships and ensure continuous improvement and value.
• Support major customer projects and manage purchases and supplier relationships for large global projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing experience in a similar organization: ideally sourcing experience of Telco.
• Strong strategic sourcing, demand management, and supplier performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (optional French, German, or Dutch).
