This role is for our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) located in TSUM Business Center.

This role is with focus on one of the following business lines: MCS, CYP or CYS, which are part of our global BDS Digital Security business, and it reports to the BDS CFO - Bertrand Richard.


Job Description:

  • Financial analysis and control to cover the operational P&L (from ER/PM to cost categories below PM, including the specific R&D domain) and portfolio development (to be in line with the 5Y plan 2022-2026 targets);
  • Drive various initiatives for optimization of financial performance (for direct geographical areas where the GBL is responsible or through larger initiatives to improve performance in specific RBUs) in order to meet the 5Y plan trajectory;
  • Month-end closing analyses, support to specific rally actions when requested and to push both the sales and operations to execute them ;
  • Provide expert financial and accounting advice to GBL and local stakeholders (both operations or finance) to facilitate decision making process;
  • Support to budget definition process and monthly, quarterly forecasts
  • Responsible for the recurring and ad-hoc reporting for the business lines in scope;
  • Apply critical thinking and challenge the inputs of the others;
  • Proactive development/ improvement/ stabilization of new processes;
  • Drive constant process automation and optimization;
  • Review of P&L and BS statements of the business line in scope (this part will become critical in light of the upcoming formation of Atos's new business unit);
  • Work closely with RBU Global Digital Security heads;
  • Overlooking sovereign customer contracts within EU;
  • Direct contact person to stakeholders;
  • Act as a team member within the Global BDS finance controlling team.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Business Administration (Master’s degree is an advantage) with 4+ years of experience in Finance / Controlling;
  • Full English proficiency;
  • A broad understanding of SAP, Clarity Reporting and internal Finance processes within Atos;
  • Understands the implications of decisions and actions on overall business profitability;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority;
  • Ability to explain changes in trends and variances in financials;
  • Good knowledge and understanding of key financial systems, data structures and financial definitions including GRD;
