For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC) (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division) located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for Cloud Communications Regulatory Affairs Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Document obligations as per license (Capabilities, Recurring Tasks (Reporting, Fees))
  • Document obligations as per local telecommunication laws (to be executed by Atos / flow-up to supplier)
  • Risk Assessment (e.g. sanction scheme)
  • Obtain Telco License / Register with Regulator / Add additional Atos LEs as required
  • Managing Regulatory Affairs: Recurring Tasks: Collect Data, Timelines, Trigger Payments, etc.
  • Managing Regulatory Affairs: Point of Contact for Regulator
  • Monitoring Regulatory Environment (Changes in regulation and Telco Laws)
  • Supplier Management: Regulatory flow-up annexes, Point of Contact, Requirements Management
  • Internal Reporting: Regulatory Relationships, Compliance, Revenue from Regulated Services
  • Clean-up: Ensure that no regulated business is left. Final report, etc.
  • Delisting

 

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Legal / para-legal / Telecommunications / Public Policy
  • Experience from regulated industries preferred (telecoms, utilities), e.g. governmental affairs
  • High level of English Language skills; French, German or Spanish language skills will be preferred
  • High degree of analytical capabilities and concise writing on complex matters
  • Willingness to build up expertise in a wide field, assertiveness in internal and external communication
  • Organization of information and multiple parallel workstreams and timeline
