Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Provide IT consultancy to customers
• Provide support to issues
• Involved in SDLC
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Travel to client sites
• knowledge of web application software, database software, content management application
• Ability to troubleshoot application related issues

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business IT, Engineering or similar field or equivalent in a technical field
• Prior experience in Business Analyst role
• Keen in IT applications
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Database and programming skills is an added advantage
• Experience in OpenText Content Management will be an added advantage
• Customer service oriented
• Independent
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
