Technical Requirements:

• Requirement
1. Understand the IT call center service
2. Understand the IT onsite support service including laptop, desktop, Mobile device, Printer, meeting room and VIP support etc.
3. Has knowledge of IT asset admin including Asset lifecycle management, process and tools etc.
4. Has Knowledge of China O365 and Microsoft M365 Cloud service
5. Has knowledge of Microsoft AD, exchange, SharePoint service
6. Understand the ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and other etc.
7. At least 2 large call center and onsite support solution design experience
8. Good English communication skill both in written and spoken.
 
• Responsibility
1. Responsible for Call center and onsite service solution design
2. Responsible for O365 and integration solution with on-premise Exchange or  Microsoft global M365 etc.
3. Prepare the technical solution proposal and offer to customer
4. Present the solution and offer to customer in English
 岗位要求:
1.熟悉IT呼叫中心服务
2.熟悉IT现场支持服务,包括笔记本电脑、台式机、移动设备、打印机、会议室和VIP支持等。
3.熟悉IT资产管理,包括资产生命周期管理、流程和工具等。
4.了解中国O365和微软M365云服务
5.了解微软广告、exchange、SharePoint服务
6.了解ITSM工具,如ServiceNow等。
7.至少2次大型呼叫中心和现场支持解决方案设计经验
8.良好的英语书面和口语沟通能力。

岗位职责:
1.负责呼叫中心及现场服务解决方案设计
2.负责O365以及与内部Exchange或Microsoft global M365等的集成解决方案。
3.准备技术解决方案并提供给客户
