SECURITY CONSULTANT

1. Good written communication skills
2. Good troubleshooting skills
3. Ability to provide on call support during off hours, weekends, holidays
4. Ability to work within assigned shift (Earliest shift start time is 7am EST. Latest shift end time is 7pm EST)

   2 -3  years experience with the following:

6. Administering Role Based Access
7. In IT operations, customer service, collaborating with other teams
8. Coordinating incident management and monitoring related activities
9. Fulfilling/responding to ticket based requests/incident management within SLA, using good ticket hygiene
10. Providing object administration using Active Directory Users and Computers
11. Exchange mailbox, contact, and DL administration
12. Administering Exchange objects using Office 365 portal
13. Utilizing PowerShell scripts
14. Executing requests and validating for desired result
15. User provisioning, identity and access management concepts
16. Reporting
17. Mailbox monitoring
18. Provisioning User IDs in Applications (examples: Allscripts, Cobius, EMS, eCacos, AIX, Epic Hyperspace, Healthquest, IDX, Webex, etc)
    (We don’t expect anyone to know every application the client uses, but are looking for someone well rounded in provisioning User ids in various systems)
