The PaaS Agent is responsible for ensuring the requisitioning of the required products, in the required quantities and lead times. He/she will prepare and send the purchase orders which correspond to the purchasing demands of the customers, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreements, done by local or Global purchasing and by following their fulfilment, while respecting the procedures of the entity. The customer should be kept satisfied in terms of: cost, quality, lead-times and service level of suppliers. The Procurement Supporter agent will always consider compliance to agreements as well as to internal rules & processes. Background Requirements Educational Background Professional Degree Previous Experience

 

• Some experience in handling purchasing processes and systems

• Demonstrates ability to give attention to detail, has a strong administration background, and evidence of being compliant with company policy and procedures

• Some knowledge of contractual and legal aspects Manage software/hardware

• Client facing

• Create and manage tasks/requisitions within a client system and Atos system

• Obtain Vendor quote

• Manage the approval process with the client and the internal business unit

• Ensure P.O. is issued in a timely manner

• Provide timely updates to internal task system with multiple status updates daily

• Close out order and task Relationships

• Procurement Mgmt.

• Understand the obligations for Procurement as a Service (PaaS)

• Expedite orders for high priority projects

• Minimize SLA exposure and adhere to strict deadlines

• Understand the Complexity of the account

• Follow New Procedures and tool implementation

• Communicate effectively

• Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software

• Strong Procurement Representative

• Communicate professionally and effectively with the client regarding the status of their request

• Ability to resolve issues by effectively researching and assigning/engaging/escalating to the right organization.

• Track orders placed with procurement.

• Inventory Management – Track what is ordered and the status of the order. Knowledge of what Inventory is on hand.

• Who equipment is assigned to.

• Ensure that CMDB is updated.
