The role:

The Client Executive Partner is the main point of contact for the client, with responsibility for growing the business relationship and performance of the contracted services. This role requires in-depth proven experience in the Public Sector.

We are looking for an individual with proven experience, building strong client relationships, a track record of technology sales success, and a solid grasp of IT service delivery and operational processes.

What will you do:

You will be the primary point of contact for the client, with responsibility for growing the business relationship and performance of the contracted services.

You will provide hands-on leadership to the account team passionate about continuously improving customer happiness, growing our solutions portfolio, and supporting our client's digital transformation strategy.

Become a subject matter authority for the Atos line of services

Use company resources to bring innovation supporting the client’s business and processes and future transformation plans

You will have a solid understating of the inner makings of the public sector space with connections to support our account’s business needs.

Leadership:

Lead a distributed team supporting all services delivered to the client

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal business partners

Accountability:

  • Client Happiness
  • Account Growth
  • Financial Management, P&L of the account
  • Drive profitable growth within the account

Role Requirements:

  • 10 years’ multifaceted experience in a similar role
  • 5 of those years within the public sector
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is required
