Experiência Processo de Gestão de Mudanças (Change Management):

 

Abertura de Change, análise de documentação de implantação, desenvolvimento de cronograma, geração de evidências de testes e análise pós mudança.

Elaboração de contratos de nível de SLA e Gestão de Serviços de TI;

Conhecimento de práticas, processos e terminologias da indústria de manufatura e Engenharia relativos aos processos sob sua responsabilidade, com enfoque em soluções funcionais, entendimento nos requerimentos de seus clientes.

Apoio no desenvolvimento de documentação de processos e operações de negócio.

Ser capaz de orientar e transferir conhecimentos para grupos de interesse dos níveis operacional ao gerencial.

Ser capaz de especificar tecnicamente e funcionalmente soluções de TI ligadas a área de Engenharia e Produção.
