The Information Security Advisor acts as an information security expert in consulting mandates in public bodies or large companies. 

Moreover, at In Fidem, he is involved in the development of bids or business opportunities in his field of expertise. 


Duties and responsibilities:


The main duties of a Senior Advisor in security services architecture and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is primarily to ensure the management of identity and access (IAM), integration and compliance within the framework of: 


  • Enterprise architecture  
  • Projects (from the time of identifying business needs or when selecting a service or solution) to set up or improve a business service or a common service. 
  • The operation of a business department, a common service (management of IT infrastructure and communications) or workstations (throughout the life cycle until scrapping). 


More specifically, a Senior Advisor in security services architecture and Identity and Access Management (IAM) basically known to: 


  • Accompany the client, in various phases of reflection or in the projects context, on the positioning of identity and access management (IAM) within their organization and on the security measures to be realized in response to their business needs and, particularly, in relation to the implementation of business or technological services. 
  • Contribute to information categorization and information security risk analysis carried out in the establishment context or evolution of a business service 


  • Take charge of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) component, in the design, development, implementation and operation phases of a business service, to ensure compliance with security requirements arising from the client's business needs in corporate architecture, business architecture, technology architecture and benchmarks.  
  • Produce documents or architectural components to model the various measures of security control, as well as the security services supporting them and based on comprehensive and integrated risk management approach of the client. 
  • Ensure compliance with customer safety policies, guidelines, frameworks, and safety rules during the design, development, implementation, and operation phases of a business service.  
  • Produce compliance audits to assess the adequacy of safety and control measures and compliance with industry standards and best practices. 




    • Bachelor’s in computer science or any other relevant field    
    • Minimum of ten (10) years of working experience in information technology.  
    • Minimum of seven (7) years in information security architecture.  
    • Minimum of five (5) years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).  
    • Practical experience in security architecture, strategic studies, positioning, or security advisories to guide the IT security of a public body or a large company. 
    • Practical experience in the application of standards, principles, methods, and best practices related to security architecture.  
    • Practical experience in architecture, integration and security services securing in identity and access management (IAM) to a business service or department of a public body or a large company. 


Valued certifications: CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CISA, CISSP, etc.
