Manages Industry presales and solution architects team

   ►Hires, upskills, develops the team of industry solution leaders, which should be always aligned with industry portfolio and growth plan, and provide both industry and solution expertise needed to push the vertical portfolio to existing and new clients

►Manages as well the community of industry solution architects, in coordination with industry operations, ensuring consistency and efficient delivery model of the industry vertical solutions

►Manages the full lifecycle of industry presales and vertical business development activity, from industry/territory growth plans to ABPs and push/pull activities with industry sales and CEPs

Industry community “vertical” animation

►In coordination with industry sales and marketing/consulting leadership, organizes and leads regular “industry community” actions sharing industry news, success stories, updates on vertical portfolio and development

►Leads the creation and updating of industry solutions training activities, both online and through regular physical training sessions

 

Industry marketing/consulting

►In coordination with industry head of Portfolio and Marketing/Consulting leadership team, participates to the definition of Industry portfolio lifecycle

►In coordination with industry head of alliances, supports identification and development of vertical partnerships in bringing industry expertise and contacts network

►In coordination with industry head of Marketing, proposes and participates to the launch of marketing/communication actions ensuring best fit to market dynamics and industry’s positioning and strategy
