Project Manager Asset and Inventory Management

  • Handles reconciliation of existing gaps in logical vs physical asset data.
  • Work with customer to drive research exercise to find billable data to increase ER;
  • Drive process improvement exercise with SME's;
  • Single point of contact for managing all dispute assets with owners to resolve and help resolve
  • Responsible for creating process handbook to document end to end processes including improvements
  • Consolidates improvement tasks identified with tracking and coordination to ensure all are effectively implemented;
  • Works with process, automation and tooling teams to think of ways to innovate, automate, enhance tooling and increase process efficiency and reduce manual effort required and errors;
  • Coordinates build of exit reporting to track success of implemented improvements to determine continuous improvement needs;
  • Handles cycle of continuous improvement needed for unresolved issues or further improvement.
  • Also assists service delivery team with investigating and responding to customer inquiries, clarifications and disputes to contribute to good customer transparency and relationship.
  • Currently acts as the central resource person for all inquiries relating to hardware asset management SIP for EHI.
