Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is going to be a central hub that provides structure and centralized coordination in order to support, enable and ensure Projects and Programs achieve objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Project or Program Manager/Director in early detection and management of risks, while ensuring overall control of plans, financial results, reporting, quality, team and stakeholder management, by independently covering at least 2 of the PMO services.  
  • Additionally, the Project Office Coordinator ensures the project or program workforce has a thorough understanding of processes, executes them according to standards and increases speed and ensure repeatability of delivery by consistent application of methodology. 

 

For this position we need:

 

  • Bachelor or Master degree or a relevant professional qualification. 

  • 1 year prior (IT related) project experience, preferably PMO experience, with a comprehensive knowledge of relevant development lifecycles & related processes 

  • Has a proven record of realistic estimation and demonstrates the financial/cost awareness along with the customer facing and behavioral skills to take responsibility for coordinating efforts across small-medium programs.

  • Experience in international assignments/working internationally.

  • Advanced knowledge or Experience in working with MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) 

  • Advanced knowledge or Experience in working with Microsoft Project.

  • Has a proven structured understanding of how to manage a process, with experience or awareness in terms of process definition, documentation, roll-out, implementation follow-up & process improvement.

  • Has an intermediate level of English to support a contract (negotiation, day to day project).  

 

Desirable skills:

  • Has a proven record of delivery within the FS&I sector and awareness of financial regulatory requirements. 

  • Has an established network of contacts within the local Atos organization and the wider global Atos network or where new to Atos, demonstrates an ability to achieve this quickly. 

  • Business fluent in another relevant language
