Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated, pro-active and experienced Performance Management Consultant to join our diverse team in Atos. In this role, we offer you the chance to identify, collect and analyse the needs in terms of KPIs and dashboards required by business stakeholders



  • Develop a framework to methodically and qualitatively collect/store raw data from different sources, transform them into agreed KPIs and display them in regular and comprehensive dashboards at different frequencies (daily to monthly) and levels of granularity (individual to departmental).
  • Monitor and analyse trends or patterns in performance and proactively provide alerts and actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the HQ team to ensure the success of the local implementation of the global business intelligence tool (based on Microstrategy).
  • Support business owners in the preparation of performance review presentations and act as a point of contact for HQ to provide additional/ad-hoc KPIs and analysis within agreed timelines.
  • Document the business intelligence operating procedure, which will be continuously updated/improved based on the evolution of the process and feedback from internal customers.
  • Collaborate and share best practices with team members, and carry out any additional tasks as required by the hierarchy.


For this position we need:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Applied Statistics, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst/scientist/engineer, in a customer-centric, performance-driven organization.
  • Advanced Excel /VBA and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the use of query languages such as SQL.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and integrity.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a "make it happen" attitude.


Desirable skills:

  • Experience with BI tools such as Microstrategy, Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, Klipfolio, etc.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, C#/C/C++, etc.
  • Previous experience in business intelligence consulting and/or in the BPO industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Powerpoint
