We are currently looking to further strengthen our TMT industry by adding a Deal maker to be responsible for the sales pursuit for large deals (EUR 500mn+) from deal qualification to contracting. He/she owns all the areas of the deal and the decision-making, from defining business case and the value proposition to final presentation to the client. This role could be based in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Germany.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and provide strong expertise in the response to RFPs with the largest multinational scope & complexity

Be a phenomenal partner with account teams:

  • Ensure alignment with (G)CEPs & the account team
  • Challenge the account strategy & development approach by providing external large deal expertise
  • Use Executive Sponsors to seek any internal or issues requiring senior partner concern

Develop and roll out a deal winning strategy:

  • Analyze & draw conclusion from various customer data, insights, decision power, specific requirements
  • Build a compelling business case to ensure an alignment of Atos executives
  • Define a compelling Win Strategy & Price to win for the specific deal
  • Ensure to present the best possible offer to win the opportunity
  • Own the conduction of Win/Loss review and ensure effective handover to transition team

Engage in high-level client relationships:

  • Along with CEPs and executive sponsors, engage with C-level client executives
  • Lead & supervise client influence campaigns & communication plan, esp. by using deal-based marketing

Deal team management:

  • Lead the deal team during the whole sales pursuit until deal closing and contracting
  • Build deal structure and team, deal program plan and control execution with Bid Director
  • Act as partner concern point & hold the ultimate decision-making power in the context of the deal pursuit

Essential requirements:

  • Strong background of running large TMT deals in either consultancy or large IT company
  • Business insight to help identify and position the large deals
  • Self-driven demeanor – drive things forward in dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) and capability to interact at all levels
  • Agility to take care of various partners both internally and in the broader ecosystem
  • Proficient business English; French or German would be considered a strong advantage
