The Atos customer relationship team is seeking an individual help improve relationships with our customer(s) at DWP (IT). Previous experience is not essential however the candidate should be passionate about making a difference and improving customer satisfaction.


The purpose of the role is to enhance client perception and influence client advocacy to support account and market growth.  This is achieved through relationship building, managing and influencing perception and ensuring account team engagement through communications and engagement initiatives.


This role is varied and suits a flexible and inquisitive individual who is keen to learn a broad range of skills including communications, relationship management and change management. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced and highly motivated individuals currently working on exciting projects. The day-to-day activities for this exciting opportunity include:


Supporting in the delivery of the customer and employee engagement plans; through:


Producing a variety of compelling communications materials (internal and customer-facing)

Arranging account engagement activities

Ensuring employee recognition and helping to promote team successes

Tracking past and future client engagements through stakeholder mapping and management

Building a repository of tools and support materials, to help improve the accessibility of the communications assets being produced

Working hours per week: 25 

Working time: 09:00 am until 13:00 pm
