Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Identify staffing needs and allocate human resources ensuring appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles.
  • Takes full responsibility of end-to-end recruitment process starting from creation of workforce demand to fulfilling with talents.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Monitor employee performance and coordinate personnel and career development actions, Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers and align these terms legally and with global policies etc.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits proposals and ensure internal equity and coherence with corporate guidelines
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in coordination with the Country HR Manager
  • Investigate the causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for managing specific cases. Coordinate actions with HR functional specialists as required.  
  • The incumbent is responsible for initiatives and works autonomously.
  • May be expected to evaluate and improve processes and tools.
  • Support HR function in facilitating ongoing improvements in data-driven HR processes, such as on-boarding, performance management, transfers, data changes.
  • Implement processes to maintain data integrity controls and effectively manage data dependencies.
  • Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
  • Oversee performance evaluation, talent acquisition and development initiatives.
  • Serve on several internal committees including workplace initiatives.


Relevant Work Experience / Requirements-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Min 5 years of job experience and Bachelor’s degree in the related fields
  • Advanced level of written & spoken Turkish and English; German is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail orientation, organizational skills i.e. adherence to local and legal policies, compliance
  • Multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in SAP is a plus.
