Account Executive












Job Description:



The Account Executive will be the primary focal point representing the Atos Unify portfolio of solutions and services.






  • All the activity managing up to several clients with a focus of 100% on driving sales orders (OE) and meeting assigned revenue targets (ER).
  • Ensure quarterly and annual revenue growth of top customers.
  • Propose and sell the portfolio using the Atos Sales Quality Process (RAINBOW) for insuring the proper strategy, solution, and offer is being delivered at the appropriate risk-level and margin to the business.
  • Migrate clients, when appropriate, to Cloud offerings for revenue protection and growth.






  • Fertilize business on the account(s) by ensuring client demands are met by selling the Atos Unify solutions into additional departments or divisions; Identify, pursue and close contract value opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction: Upsell by pushing the portfolio from his/her Division.
  • Secure renewal of existing Lifecycle Serivces contracts, working closely with the renewals team.
  • Share client situation (status on existing contract, potential new opportunities and client demand) with VP
  • Sales, Service Delivery Managers, and other related account personnel.
  • Own the client communications process for the client
  • Ensure actions are implemented to prevent / close any gap in customer satisfaction Contract Familiarity -Ensure you are knowledgeable on the client contract T's and C's
  • Assist in negotiation contractual terms, service levels and termination with the client (with help from Serivce Delivery Manager, if assigned)
  • Business Development competencies and mindset : client business, market acumen, negotiation skills
  • Competencies and mindset: Communication, Negotiation, Upsell-proactive mindset,
  • Team working and leading; presentation and demonstration delivery skills
  • Strong objection handling skills Create strong relationship with the customer
  • Knowledge of Atos Unify solutions and portfolio
  • Knowledge of Atos Unify systems and tools
  • Knowledge of industry trends in the UCaaS and CCaas space, players, competitors, etc.
  • Technical knowledge to handle high-level client discussions on solutions benefits Able to speak to C-level clients in an effective manner
