Project Manager

Work as a Project Manager.

Reports to company headquarters in Irving, TX.

Provide overall project management, including project initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closing.

Train and educate team with respect to functional and technical aspects of project.

Supervise and review work done by team members.

Resolve operational issues between onsite and offshore teams in specific areas.

Supervise resource and project allocations.

Work as a liaison between the technical team and the customer to handle escalations or concerns.

Conduct yearly appraisal and ratings for team members reporting to the project manager.

Draft Service orders and Statement of Work for new engagements.

Conduct overview of business operations to ensure meeting yearly targets.

Perform resource forecasting and management for external/internal hires.

Work on Weekly/Monthly/Yearly reporting on Project planning and execution.

Manage overall technical support for the customers day to day operations as defined in the SOW.

Keep enhancing self-knowledge through various internal/external certifications of the product and services being provided to the customer.

Provide insights into bids, proposals, and pre-sales activities for new or existing customers.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related. Five (5) years of experience in Information Technology, or related. Five (5) years of required IT, or related experience must include: Scrum and Agile Methodology; ITIL Concepts; OCM Concepts; Microsoft O365 Exchange Administration; Microsoft Teams Configuration; PowerShell Scripting; Microsoft Azure; ServiceNow.

Reports to company headquarters in Irving TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.
