Cloud Operations Lead 


Operations Lead will coordinate the day to day activities of the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure required for all service offerings being developed that assist clients on their application modernization journey. They will be responsible to identify opportunities of improvement or revision within the environment within each of the included domains such as application platforms, development environments, and other partner technologies.

This individual will work with the Head of Operations to settle requirements and the corresponding work needed based on the product roadmap. They will manage the day to day business of operations including various stakeholders and internal and external delivery partners.


  • Coordinates and reports operational metrics on a recurring basis (week/month/quarter)

  • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.

  • Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving partners and call out to appropriate level when required.

  • Assesses a variety of situations and provide transparency to team and partners.

  • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.

  • Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining dedication and support.

  • Identifies training requirements and devises training programs to ensure operational readiness

  • Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.

  • Coordinates with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the team are being carried out in accordance with regulatory standard methodologies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technology field preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations & support

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within IT Operations

  • Strong working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM

  • Current understanding of industry trends and methodologies

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
