Big Data & Security North American Cyber Security Division of Atos is currently looking for an Identity and Access Management Engineer to join their team and be a part of a transition and engineering team responsible for delivering the Atos Prescriptive Cyber Security solution to customers across North America.

Job Description
As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for the engineering and operational support for WTW’s Identity Management infrastructure and its integration with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.   The team maintains a core set of infrastructure services and must collaborate with several business and technical teams to maintain a stable environment while delivering solutions in support of WTW IT global initiatives.   

Core Responsibilities
•    Implement and support Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD / AD Identity related technologies
•    Support of Azure AD technologies including Authentication, SSO, Conditional Access, Device Join, MFA / SSPR, Application Proxy, and Consent / AAD Permissions
•    Support of Office 365 Identity administration including global administration, licensing, role assignment, and guest creation
•    Support of Azure AD Connect synchronization process from multi-forest on-premise Active Directory to Azure AD / Office 365
•    Support ticket resolution and act as escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 service desk support 
•    Propose software and or configuration enhancements to adapt to changes in business requirements or to gain efficiencies through automation, following global change control processes
•    Create and maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, infrastructure, and support processes
•    Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to learn new things with little guidance
•    Highly organized and thorough with critical attention to detail and documentation

Minimum Qualifications
•    College degree or equivalent training with experience working in the Identity and Access Management field
•    Advanced experience supporting Microsoft Identity related technologies
•    3+ years implementing and supporting Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and Active Directory 
•    2+ years implementing and supporting Microsoft Office 365
•    Intermediate level experience with PowerShell scripting
•    Intermediate level experience supporting end users on Windows 10 workstations
•    Basic experience with ADFS and Exchange / Exchange Online
•    Basic experience with ITIL processes such as Incident/Problem/Configuration/Change management
•    Basic customer handling skills along with extensive hands on skills in defining and creating operational/procedure documents
•    Strong web fundamentals, including knowledge of HTTP and cookies
•    Strong diagnostic skills
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills
