The account Director is dedicated to the Health& Life science industry and responsible for handling and developing profitable commercial relations within specific existing clients.

What you will actually do on the job:

You will provide hands-on leadership to the account team passionate about continuously improving customer happiness, growing our solutions portfolio, and supporting our client's digital transformation strategy.

Lead end-to-end sales activities from pipeline to offer sign-off for farming of accounts, pulling through entire Atos portfolio and capabilities.

Use consumer insights to develop and launch sales campaigns.

You will be the main point of contact for the client, with responsibility for growing the business relationship and performance.

Lead the pre-sales phase, ensuring that suggested solutions are in line with client expectations and Atos standards (level of price, etc.) to improve customer happiness – Lead or support the (G)CEP during the Rainbow process for account-specific opportunities Management.

Support the (G)CEP in all recurring and operational commercial development activities within account management

Review solutions and offer insights and analysis to solution teams to develop technology for clients and win new profitable business Build an internal and industry-specific knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of proven experience in a similar role or consistent career progression
  • Outstanding customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth Healthcare and Life Sciences experience, building strong client relationships, a track record of technology sales success, and a shown grasp of IT service delivery and operational processes.
