Position Overview:

Member of the Identity and Access Management team (IAM), responsible for providing technical expertise covering the various Authentication and Authorization components across the enterprise solution.  Provides in-depth technical development of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies.  Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of the entire EAIM infrastructure solution.  Job duties such as installing, upgrading, patching, deploying, configuring, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise solution.

Direct responsibility for engineering activities such as:


  • Take reactive and proactive actions against cyber-threats
  • Develop security requirements for SaaS multi-tenant security systems
  • Design and develop frameworks and solutions to secure CI/CD pipelines
  • Implement, maintain and improve existing industry best practices based operational security controls for:Monitoring, Identity and access management,Encryption and data security,Self auditing, Continuously research new attack vectors and techniques, Take part in product security reviews

 Key Requirements:

  • Direct experience with the CyberArk Solution.
  • Experience providing operational support for a large CyberArk environment
  • Experience working with load balancers, firewalls and other network technologies

 Position Requirements:

  • Experience as a member of a technical project team, from design through delivery including testing.
  • Risk assessment of proposed and existing system architecture for compliance with security best practices, recommending technical, administrative and physical controls to mitigate identified risks
  • 3 years using your expertise in CyberArk and background in identity and privilege access management, ability to evaluate/update and make recommendation for the CyberArk installation
  • Review, update, install, and train others on the features and best practices of CyberArk, creating a secure, sustainable and highly automated environment that meets company' s requirements across all on-prem and cloud-based footprints.
  • Work with the team, identify the tools and techniques to translate the company's needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions
  • Apply expertise in the installation and configuration of the CyberArk platform, including conducting routine solution maintenance, monitoring the health of the platform, and conducting daily proactive monitoring of the CyberArk production environment.
  • Automate processes across the CyberArk products
  • Support critical CyberArk functions, including maintenance, patch identification and publication, and upgrades of CyberArk and related modules
  • Maintain responsibility for privilege user incident management support, user acceptance testing of privilege accounts, load testing, performance testing, and validation testing of the CyberArk solution.
  • Maintain & support CyberArk daily from a tier 3 standpoint, troubleshooting Vault, CPM, PTA, PSM, and PVWA issues as required
  • Installation of CyberArk vault including multiple CPMs, PVWAs, and as built documentation
  • Collaborate to define access control, user entitlements, and user access policy management
  • Collaborate to develop and execute overall project plan and timelines for key deliverables
  • Work with development teams on integration with CyberArk

  • Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to understand a very complex environment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Must possess good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-driven and can work independently with minimal supervision or as a team member on multiple projects
  • Must be able to excel in a multi-tasked environment
  • Experience in a user-focused technical-support environment
  • Available for off-hours escalations on-call support and patching activities.
  • Little to no travel required (< 10%)
  • All other duties as assigned.
