Client Delivery Executive

Job Description:


Scope of the Client Delivery Executive is responsible for project execution (in line with defined budget and planning), and coordination of all key partners including Industry Operations team (engineers, solution architects) and Horizontal Operations team (engineers, developers from Global Operations Practices).




Solution design and delivery:


  1. Drive end-to-end project execution by orchestrating delivery between Industry and horizontal Operations teams, in line with Atos delivery standards, defined budget and planning
  2. Secure smooth running of implemented solutions (high quality and efficient delivery) by ensuring troubleshooting/maintenance (predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance) Improve efficiency (cost optimization) of overall led resources and/or platforms through innovation
  3. Handle timely delivery of large and complex transformation projects by demonstrating dedicated Industry specific engineering & delivery capabilities
  4. Drive industry digital transformation programs aligned with Atos and customers business goals


Customer management:


  1. Understand and challenge clients’ business needs
  2. Work well with client technical teams to find innovative solutions adapted to client’s level of maturity
  3. Portfolio development
  4. Give to the development of Industry offer portfolio through requirements definition (from business and functional needs to technical specifications and skills)
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Industry Operations and Industry Consulting & Marketing teams in his/her Industry to prioritize and build industrialized Industry portfolio solutions,
  6. Ensure their co-development and the capability to deliver them end to end and maintain them over time
  7. People Management Reskill internal Industry Operations and Horizontal Operations resources
  8. Source relevant capabilities depending on client solution specificities (staffing)




  • Four-year BS degree on Computer Science, Engineering or Math or 15+ years of equivalent professional experience
  • 10 + years of Operations Management experience
  • 15 + years of Project / Program Management experience
  • PMP certification a plus ITIL certification a plus
